Arrival of delegations and hotel accommodation

5 p.m. – Transfer to PGSI Village, reception of delegations

6 p.m. – Meeting of delegation representatives/technical meeting

7:30 p.m. – Dinner at PGSI Village (or location in the nearby)

9:30 p.m. – Preparation for the opening ceremony the next day

9:30 p.m. – Return to the hotel (buses from PGSI Village)

7:30 a.m. – Breakfast at the hotel

9 a.m. – Holy Mass in the Cathedral of Genoa

10.30-11.15 a.m. – Opening ceremony at Porto Antico, Palco Mandraccio

12.30 a.m. – Lunch at PGSI Village or at the indicated locations

3 p.m. – Start of first day of competition

7:30 p.m. – Dinner at PGSI Village or other indicated location

10:30 p.m. – Return to hotel

7:30 a.m. – Breakfast at the hotel

9 a.m. – Start of second day of competition

1 p.m. – Lunch close to sports facilities

From 3 p.m. – Competitions

7:30 p.m. – Dinner at PGSI Village and Dinner for delegations at other location

9:30 p.m. – Dj set at PGSI Village

10:00 p.m. – Return to the hotels

 

7:30 a.m. Breakfast at the hotel

From 9 a.m. – Matches (Semifinals/Finals)

1 p.m. – Lunch (close to sports facilities or at the PGSI Village) 

5.30 p.m. – Awards Ceremony at Palacus (buses from sport facilities or PGSI Village, please follow the indication given by the staff)

From 7:30 p.m. – Dinner at PGSI Village and return to the hotels

7:30 a.m. – Breakfast at the hotel
